New and continued funding to support strategic litigation

We’re pleased to announce two recent grants that will strengthen our ability to support strategic litigation with the potential to deliver lasting change.

We’re pleased to share that we have received funding from Oak Foundation. This grant will enable us to support strategic cases that improve access to justice for victims of child sexual abuse in the United Kingdom.

We’re also delighted to continue our co-funding partnership with Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, supporting strategic litigation that advances the priorities set out in its A Fairer Future strategy. Together, we will continue to support cases promoting migrant justice, gender justice, racial justice, children and young people’s rights, and justice in the context of climate change. Over the past year, our partnership with Esmée has supported important strategic litigation with the potential to drive lasting systemic change.
