Our interest is in legal actions that can change or clarify the law for the benefit of society as a whole. We support cases that have a clear social benefit to communities (or sections of the community) and under-represented groups with limited access to justice but that will also have wider application or precedential value (see our FAQs for more detail).

We select cases that have a tangible public benefit, a strategy for success and are likely to contribute to lasting social change.
